“Did not realize we were staying in a historic Leon building. What a pleasure to stay overnight in an old church facility. History was everywhere in the hotel. Rooms were basic, but in the style of an old monastery. Hotel was in the heart of old town. So easy walking to all the sights at your front door. A bonus was hotel guests are offered a guided tour of the building each morning. This historic building is not open to the public for tours. The morning breakfast buffet is packed with "traditional" foods and pastries. We are not religious people but enjoyed our stay here!”
