Please call upon arrival.<br>From the hotel to Kawaguchiko train and bus station: every 30 minutes between 08:00 and 11:00.<br><br>The swimming pool is open from 06:00-23:00.<br><br>The hot-spring bath is open from 06:00-23:00.<br><br>Use of the tennis court requires an extra fee.<p>Guests with tattoos may not be permitted to use the property’s public bathing areas or other facilities where the tattoos might be visible to other guests.</p>

“There’s onsen that’s free to enter anytime before 12am and bus taking us from kawaguchiko station to the hotel. The staffs were on time to pick us up from kawaguchiko station And they were very polite. The view of Mount Fuji from our room’s balcony was absolutely beautiful.”

“As an upgrade for our standard twin roon, we had a superior twin room on the 10th floor (1009). Because of the location and the height of this hotel with, we think we couldn’t find a better place for a view on Mount Fuji. The room was very spacious, had large good beds and a sitting area. The breakfast had a lot of choice, for a Japanese and for a Western style breakfast. More pro’s of the hotel are the free parking lot (we arrived by rental car) and good free WiFi. We certainly would book again, because we had a very comfortable stay and a good night sleep.”

“Really relaxing and interesting stay. What we could see of Mt Fuji (cloudy and rainy during our stay) only made the view from the hotel more precious. We drove our hire car up to Mt Fuji Fifth Station easily enough and wandered around the temple and shops. Drove back down and around Lake Kawaguchi and found lunch at an excellent little cafe opposite Koumi Park. A truly memorable day.”
“Hotel staff and room were excellent. Room size is very nice for a Japanese hotel. It's a 5 min taxi ride from the Kawaguchiko train station away from town but the views of Mt Fuji are fantastic!!!”
