“Great position and a true 5 star hotel”
“very comfy beds, the baby cot is really nice (not the typical travel bed), our car was (un -) loaded and the luggage was brought to the room; the room service included meals for small children, staff is very polite and forthcoming.”

“The beds were very comfortable, the room dirty, the Spa terrible, sauna cold, and nothing done about this, changing room freezing and no lights, both Friday and Saturday no body manning it. Clients using pool with under wear not swimming trunks, nobody wearing swimming caps. Bedroom, tv did not work, safe did not work, keys were replaced 3 times. Lighting in room very poor, bathroom was open plan on privacy door did not shut, very small wardrobe in the bathroom, explanation from reception this was all down to designer of hotel! We arriived at hotel reservation include cost of parking and Spa. But receptionist had no record of this, so we had to show proof. We were on the 10th floor, thee regency exit for all the guests was locked, again staff not particularly bothered this is very serious.....”
“Beautiful Hotel, lovely room, good proximity for bars and restaurants and not far from Zaragoza old town. Would have liked tea and coffee making facilities. Great spa and fitness centre, nice breakfast”
“We had three rooms booked for 4 nights, and as it was busy for the MotoGP, we were upgraded which was really lovely. Great facilities in the room. Great breakfasts - opened up early on Sunday to cater for the MotoGP. Very helpful staff. Easy to park - an excellent and spacious carpark underneath the building.”

“The room was huge and the view was nice. Affordable and safe parking (behind a vault door in the underground lot). Spa area has a wonderful view of the city as well. Friendly and helpful staff.”
“Excellent staff on Reception who were most helpful, perfect English, parked our car in hotel car park, carried bags to room, etc. Excellent! Also the breakfast room and quality of breakfast was outstanding.”
