“The location is awesome and the staff(front desk) spoke english really well so no complaints there. On the second night we noticed one of the light bulbs was out but that got fixed right away. As for the freebies well that's a whole other story; they kept giving us new slippers and toothbrushes every night as well as free cake from theyre cafe for staying so many nights with them.”

“The design of the room is convenient as it comes with 2 separate bathroom and toilet. The bed is comfortable. Snacks are provided. The location is so near to Taipei station and most of the shopping area. They also provide delivery service to help you purchase those popular Taiwan snacks such as the pineapple tart. This service really save our time as you can buy all different brand of snacks just by placing an order at the reception. The hotel is just beside the 24hrs Mc Donald. It is not a standalone building as the hotel lobby is located at Level 11 and room at Level 10.”

“Easy to access whether by cab or train. It is a short walk from Taipei MRT Main Station (but perhaps not if you have a lot of luggage). There were 2 elevators to get to the hotel on the 10th and 11th floor and we didn’t have to wait long. There are other business on lower floors but once you got to the hotel, it is very peaceful. We have to walk just around the corner to the Hotel Relax 2 for breakfast. Great breakfast with unlimited daily fruit, coffee/tea, congee as well as soup, and everyone gets a place of eg meat (eg ham or bacon), egg, bread, vegetable option. Enough to hold me till a late lunch. The staff were polite and helpful. Overall I’d stay here again.”

“I booked a non window room but upgraded automatically to window room. Complimentary coffee redeem from another branch (Htl Relax 3) and breakfast at another branch (Htl Relax 2). Both branches at next lane. You should consider to book other branches instead which is more convenience. Walking distance to Taipei Main Stn for Airport express train or train to other city.”
