“The hotel is family run and we were welcomed by Patrick, the son of Hugo Ernst who was very accommodating (we arrived at different times!). The hotel is a lovely balance between traditional and modern and the rooms have been very tastefully refurbished. The restaurant is top notch and the cellar bar 'Unikum' is not to be missed. I think their classic burger with fries will make them famous. Overall, lovely place, convenient location and very attentive staff.”
