- Reservations need to be made for the restaurant prior to arrival by calling the hotel directly and in advance.<br><br>The restaurant is closed on Sunday evening and all day on Monday.<br><br>The spa is accessible at a surcharge (EUR 15/person). Spa facilities are available all week, whereas treatments cannot be provided on Sundays.

“Excellent breakfast! Best ever! Delicious confitures were provided. Everything was totally high end. I bet the restaurant is fabulous! They have a nice spa that costs an extra 15 euros. Ask them to turn up the temp because as it was set, I couldn't break a sweat in the sauna nor the steam room. The beds were nicely done. Overall a great place with attention to details.”

“A great Michelin star restaurant is our primary reason for choosing this hotel. The hotel itself was very quirky. Rooms were dark and a bit odd. Location is not the best either... if you are coming for the restaurant then absolutely book a night at the hotel for ease after dinner. If you are looking for a place to stay near Caen, Normandy then I would likely suggest you find something more central.”
