“The breakfast was brilliant, self serve, fresh fruit, cereal, bread, meats, egg, cheese, jam and yogurt. Orange juice, apple juice, coffee, tea, including Earl Grey, ovaltine and hot chocolate. The evening meals were the best we ate whilst in Switzerland. If you cannot get in the hotel book the Resaurant for the evening meal or lunch on the veranda superb. We loved the town, the mountains were spectacular. The walk along the river in the evening was lovely. They have a barbaque and seating area as you walk to the tunnel station. They have a nice supermarket were you can buy all you need. Four other places to eat within walking distance, less than a 1/4 mile. This was a beautiful village within easy reach of Meiringen by car, bike or the local train. The Susten Pass, Grimsel Pass, Furka Pass and Andermatt are all on your doorstep this is a bikers paradise. We will defiantly go to the same hotel in Innertkirchen again.”

“The owner was very nice and friendly, the room was very nice and clean. The food at the restaurant was also very good. We weren't able to try the breakfast there as they had an event at the restaurant but we then had breakfast in the hotel across the street, Hotel Alpina. The people there were also very nice and helpful. Especially after we had a small accident with our motorcycle and turn back to make some calls to cancel hotel bookings and needed advice for a nearby motorcycle workshop.”
