“Went there for a conference in Münster; wanted to go with my gf, so booked a double chamber, but at the last moment she could not come. Staff was so kind that when paying they changed the reservation to single room even if I effectively used the double room and did not even ask to do so! Awesome and super kind, not easy to find things like that. Also the room was very good, and the location quite and nice. Nearby there are a lot of restaurants (many typical german)”
