“We stayed here for the Sapporo Snow Festival- the location was pretty good and the staff there were really nice. It was great that they let us in our room at 10am in the morning, which was several hours prior to their standard check-in.”

“The rooms are quiet and the beds are comfortable (we asked for soft pillows instead and they brought them straight away). The bath tub and free bath salts provided at the reception desk was lovely. The location was fantastic. It was a short walk to the Snow Festival's ice and snow sculptures at Odori Park and Susukino. There's many food options nearby including the Fish Market (I had fresh sashimi at Ohiso), Ramen restaurants (we liked Tojichi) and Tanuki-koji shopping arcade.”
