Please note that the building has 3 floors and no lift and so is unfortunately not suitable for disabled guests.

Directions: How to reach us
From Marco Polo Venice Airport:
Take shuttle bus to Piazzale Roma (car terminal) then cross the Constitution Bridge over the Grand Canal. After crossing the bridge enter Lista di Spagna and walk for about 100 meters until youll see, on your left, a nice courtyard inside an old portal. The hotel is inside there on the left side at the number 262.

From S.Lucia Railways Station:
As you get outside from the station turn on your left through Lista di Spagna and proceed as above.

There is a curfew at 1:00a.m (The hotel closes at 1 a.m. and opens at 7:00 a.m.: it's not possible to enter in the hotel during this time).
Cancellation policy:
We have 3 days of cancellation policy.
EX: This means that if you are due to arrive on the 28th of March you need to cancel by the 12am of the 24th of March
In case of no show or late cancellation we will charge you the cost for the first night
