Children and extra beds
- All children from 4 to 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds.

- Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
- Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
- The maximum number of extra beds/children's cots permitted in a room is 2.
- All children under 3 years are charged EUR 8 per person per night for children's cots/cribs.

Important Notice
- Pets are not allowed in the breakfast room and in the executive rooms.<br><br>Please note that the wellness facilities come at an additional cost. You can contact the hotel for more specific information.<br><br>The use of a bathrobe and slippers is required in the wellness area. These can be rented at Hotel Royal Astrid.<br><br>Please note that on Tuesdays and Thursdays swimwear is required in the wellness centre. All of the remaining days of the week swimwear is not allowed.<br><br>Guests who wish to book half-board (fixed menu) are required to reserve in advance. On 24 December and 31 December every year half-board rates are not available.

“Our room was of a good size especially as we arrived with motorcycle riding kit. We kept the motorcycle in the underground carpark. The breakfast was fine, but the restaurant area was very busy - good for business!
