“The hotel looks great and inviting. The rooms are cozy and well equipped. It's a boutique hotel with view rooms, but each of the rooms looks great from the inside. We've asked to change the reservation from two rooms to one room with an extra bed a week before we've arrived, and they have agreed immediately. The communication with the staff was always with a smile, even with the hotel manager which we've seen from time to time and asked for our well being. The staff was happy to assist us always with information or requests. We've asked to leave at night, and they have prepared a small breakfast for each of us. The hotel is in a great spot in the middle of the city, near public transportation nearby. The old city is very close and is reachable by foot. An highly recommended hotel.”
