“A Localização foi cotada como "Aceitável" simplesmente porque não é "de acesso simples e obvio": mas aí é que está o interesse que a propriedade tem - no coração de uma aldeia virada ao lado noroeste da Serra da Estrela (a 10' de Gouveia), em ambiente rural, o edificio, nobre, de arquitectura sumptuosa no contexto, é uma local de reflexão, de calma, de reencontro com a genuinidade que a vida "moderna" priva diáriamente a todos os que ... não existem em ambiente rural. Por tudo isso - e mais coisas "genuinas" (moveis, vistas, peq almoço, luminosidade exterior, varandas, etc, etc) - ir lá é sentir que se gostará de lá voltar.”
