“Deze Palacio is een oud herenhuis uit de XVI-XVIIde eeuw, en bevindt zich in het midden van de natuur (alleen bereikbaar via kleine maar zeer pittoreske banen). Het enige geluid dat wij hoorden kwam van het vee in de buurt. Dit hotel wordt gerund door de eigenaars en het is echtgenote die ook instond voor de maaltijden, die heerlijk waren bereid.”
