“The Hotel was booked for some private wedding party. The entire staff was busy on that function and all guests were ignored. The pool was shut for guests as they had pool side party. The steam and sauna was not working as reportedly under repair. No waiters were there to service guests on buffet dinner nor were they enough for morning breakfast. Inside the room there was only one pair of slippers and only one soap key for family of 4.”
