“The Staff was amazing! Very friendly, polite & right attitude. Anything we asked was answered positively. I also book a private car from the hotel -both arrival and departure- and even our 3+ delay everything was handled great! The room was very big, bed was really comfy. Breakfast was great, it is served in a small tea room w a selection of sweet pastry, eggs, meats and fresh coffee & juice. But biggest "like" was the LOCATION. This is the first EU vacation I took without taking a taxi. You can WALK everywhere; Vatican 15 min, Spanish Sqr 10 min, Trevi 15, Collesium 30 min. Perfect! Will come back in spring.”
“Everything within walking distance: 23 min - to Vatican, 25 min - Trevi Fountain and Spanish Square. Pretty stylish small hotel. Surprisingly there is a happy hour there. Between 6:30 pm and 8:00 pm the guests have a free buffet”

“Villa is beautiful, positioned very well near the most important sightseeing spots, with excellent breakfast and wonderful atmosphere. Concierges and staff, they were very friendly, charming, helping us to find tickets, and providing us more comfy details (extra blankets, for example) or fantastic cappuccino in the morning :) Very pleasant and relaxing stay.”

The location is absolutely fantastic, Vatican City is just 10 minutes by walk, Piazza Navona, Campo de' Fiori and other are very close too. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
