“The location is great for walking to the historic city center and all shopping. It's about 6 minutes walking to Piazza Duomo and 10 minutes to Piazza Cairoli. The staff were very accomodating and cheerful. They allowed us to change rooms after the first night and gave us a discount for our discomfort.”
