“Espot, a tiny village, is the principal gateway to the stunning Parc Nacional d'Aiguestortes i Estany de Sant Maurici. We spent one whole day hiking in the park - the views are incredible - and the second day took a shorter hike through the woods nearby. The hotel is located about a 20 minute drive from the park. We spent three nights in Espot and wished we could have stayed longer. The hotel is cozy, the staff so friendly and a big breakfast to get you fueled up for hiking. The village is delightful with plenty of restaurants, bistros and coffee shops - and little grocery stores to get supplies for hiking. We highly recommend staying at Hotel Saurat”
