“The slightly out-of-the-way location of this hotel is also its greatest asset. I had a fantastic view of the mountains from my room balcony. It was also a good chance to enjoy the South Tyrolean countryside by strolling around nearby villages. It's a good base for exploring the sights of Sterzing / Vipiteno. A 4km long hiking trail past a ruined castle can take you there through the forest or you can go by bus from outside the hotel. I opted to change to the half-board option on arrival at the hotel . Breakfast and dinner buffets were very good. There are a few other options for eating around the hotel as well. The bus to Sterzing or in the other direction to Brixen stops near the hotel. It's about a 15 minute walk to the local train station.”

“Een verzorgd hotel met vriendelijk personeel. Vooraan voldoende parkeergelegenheid. Het avondeten in buffetvorm was lekker en ruim gevarieerd. De eetzaal is wel voorzien voor bustoeristen. Er was een uitgebreid ontbijt. Buiten was er een gezellig ruim terras om te aperitieven of te kaarten.”
