On these days, guests can choose dishes from a smaller bar menu.<br><br>If you do not use a navigation device, please follow these car directions:<br><br>- leave A1 highway via exit “Flughafen Salzburg/Airport”<br>- take the Innsbrucker Bundesstraße (B1) road towards the city center<br>- after approx. 1.5 miles turn left, proceeding on Innsbrucker Bundesstraße<br>- after 0.3 miles keep right at intersection on Hans-Schmid-Platz square, proceeding on Innsbrucker Bundesstraße<br>- now you are driving straight towards the hospital (Landeskrankenhaus Salzburg)<br>- at the intersection at the hospital, turn right and follow the Aiglhofstraße road<br>- at the next traffic lights, turn left and follow the Willibald-Hauthaler-Straße road<br>- straight ahead and keep right (right turn lane)<br>- At traffic lights turn right, driving a little bit uphill<br>- after approx. 200 yards turn right onto a cobblestone street which goes up to the Mönchsberg mountain<br>- Müllner Hauptstraße road leads you up and after a few minutes you will reach the hotel

“Hotel Schloss Mönchstein is an extremely special place. The service, rooms, restaurant, and spa are all of the absolute highest standard. My jaw dropped when I saw my room - stunning furnishings and a roomy balcony (with table and chairs) looking out to the Alps! The bed was incredibly comfortable and the bathroom was luxurious: marble everywhere with a rain shower head. I had two memorable dinners in the restaurant overlooking the mountains with fantastic servers and even more fantastic food (breakfast in the restaurant was also amazing). The infinity pool and hot tub were a wonderful way to relax in the evening after a day of exploring Salzburg. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough; it was a magical stay that I will never forget, and I can't wait to come back!”
