“1. Why was I charged 84.50 some nights and 91 and 104 euros for some other nights. I did not have full board at all for the 7 nights only half board. 2. Hotel very noisy in the day, impossible to have a sleep on the bed in the afternoon due to continous drilling and banging where some bedrooms were being repaired - you should have closed the hotel whilst this work was being carried out. 3.Being a resident at the hotel, being charged 8 euros to use swimming pool indoors was ridicilous.”
