“Hotel Shahi Palace is conveniently located and within few mins walk from Jaisalmer Fort (Sonar Qila) & Gadisar Lake. It has nice rooftop restaurant with an excellent view of the fort. Staff is friendly and rooms are pretty clean. The desert safari (*private & non-touristy experience 👍🏼) and village tour was well organized by the hotel. We wish to come back again!”

“We were pretty happy with our stay and would recommend the property to other travelers. The building is in good condition, clean and comfortable. The rooftop restaurant is actually good quality and has a great view of the fort. We were offered a room upgrade upon check in for a slightly higher price which I think was money well spent. They were also helpful in booking our onwards train tickets. We did an overnight camel safari, it was good and met expectations, the food was a bit plain but what did you expect in the desert. The price of the safari was as per market rates after a little negotiation. Good value, we'd recommend it.”
