“The hotel itself is new and well decorated. Location is a short and simple walk from Osaka Loop Line's Bentencho station. It's also right next to a big street so walking back to the hotel at night feels very safe. Breakfast and coffee are both excellent and nicely priced. Staff members are sweet and helpful. Shoutout to the baristas Tatsushi and the very kind guy from Aichi (I regret not asking his name) who are so friendly and entertaining! ”
“- Gramophone in the room with vinyl records to play. You can exchange for other choices at the lobby before 12 midnight. - Nice lobby and nice decor. - Hotel is new but nothing much to rave about. Next best alternative if you are not able to stay at the hotels at Universal Studios.”
“The staff was like dreaming!! They are so talented with English (which hard to find in Japan’s staff especially in Osaka) They help us a lot! ”
“Really nice room, well equipped and nicely designed. Good price.”
“Staff was reallly friendly and the hotel was very modern”
“The hotel was very different and groovy. Although the rooms were small like a typical Japanese hotel they had an awesome theme and set up that the others don’t”
“The hotel staff were very friendly and happy to speak english or at least try. We had good conversations and they were very helpful. We vibed on the styling of the hotel and inclusion of record playrer in the room. We went through the library of records at the front desk and found our soundtrack for our stay in osaka. Very cool place + the best barista coffee in Osaka. Worth the trek in.”
“Delicious breakfast! Love the turntable in the room!”
“Staff was very friendly and the hotel is 7 min walk from JR Bentencho station.”
“Loved the vinyl records, felt too-cool-for-school! Location was handy to Bentencho stations. Nice breakfast.”
