“The staff were very helpful, they printed off our bus tickets and held our bags for us after we had checked out. The lady at reception was kind and professional. Great internet connection. They have different wifi for different floor but we had good fast connection wherever we were in the hotel. Air conditioning was great in the room, had clean sheets and bathrooms were pretty clean. In most places we have stayed so far in Ecuador and Peru the bathrooms will have a drain type hole on the floor. In better hotels they will have a metal cover which helps as it can exude a terrible smell, but it seems no matter what star hotel/hostel you stay in they will have this hole. In this particular hotel they had the metal cover but you could still smell it a bit. Either from the sink or the hole.”
