“Ich hatte das Vergnügen, Madeira im Oktober 2017 zum ersten Mal zu besuchen. Die fünfte und letze Station meiner Rundreise war das Hotel Solar do Bom Jesus in Santa Cruz. Das Hotel wirkt insgesamt sehr modern und gepflegt, und ist nur wenige Minuten vom Meer entfernt gelegen. Ein weiterer Vorteil: zum Flughafen ist es ebenfalls nicht weit - insofern ein perfektes Hotel für den letzten Reisetag. Zum Zimmer: absolut in Ordnung, ruhig und sauber. Das Personal war ausgesprochen nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbüfett war zwar klein, aber dafür auch sehr fein. Insgesamt war ich absolut zufrieden mit meinem Aufenthalt im Hotel Solar do Bom Jesus und würde / werde es sicherlich wieder für meine nächste Reise wählen.”
“Ik heb dit hotel geboekt nadat mijn vlucht geannuleerd was en ik pas de volgende dag kon vertrekken. Het was heel makkelijk om te boeken, toen ik kort na de boeking aankwam kon ik heel snel naar mijn kamer gaan. De mensen aan de receptie gaven alle uitleg die ik nodig had en stonden klaar om te helpen. Hoewel het hotel dicht bij de luchthaven ligt hoor je op de kamer geen enkel geluid; het hotel bestaat nog maar 2 jaar en je ziet dat alles nieuw en in orde is. Je kan er s avonds eten en de keuken is verfijnd te noemen. Het ontbijt is goed”
