“Super comfy bed, good breakfast, great service. They offered a 40% discount on the massages which was great, too. Shuttle to train station and they also offer to drive your luggage to the train station for you at a time that is convenient for you. Late check-out without problem.”

“Very nice family run hotel, only a short walk (10 minutes) from the train station and ski lifts. Complete with an indoor pool and hot tub, an outside hot tub and several steam rooms with different aromas. The breakfast spread was amazing and the bar offers a great variety of drinks. We didn't eat in the restaurant so can't offer any opinion here. The room we had was great, on the top floor, with a balcony and a view of the Matterhorn. The staff were really friendly and very helpful making great recommendations for restaurants and things to see. For those travelling by car to Zermatt be aware that you will need to park in a public parking in Tasch (the town you come across before getting to Zermatt) and then take a train up. Once you know what time you will be arriving let the hotel know and they will send a little electric car to pick you up.”
