“After all day hiking the hotel was more than we expected. We spent only one night, but it was great. In the all-inclusive option there were so many dishes to choose from the buffet, including desserts like chocolate cake and ice-cream. Breakfast was superb! The restaurant stuff helped us to organize a big space/table for our group. Room was big enough for two, bathroom quite large. People working at the reception were really polite and helpful. For those who don't like crowds, this place is quite big and popular, so you have to be prepared for meeting many people :) Like other travelers mentioned in the comments, if you don't want to sleep in the dependance (a separate hotel building nearby) - pay attention to it while booking.”

“Depending on what you're looking for the location might be good or bad. It is not a central location so the distance to the most popular slopes is not very convenient. The hotel is almost on the summit with picturesque view and has some other places for skiing with a simple slope so check what you want. See the map of slopes provided on Spindlerovy Mlyn website. Make sure your car is equipped with chains as when it's snowing you must fit them. Otherwise you can't use the road towards the hotel. It is slippery indeed without it. Breakfast was fine generally compared to 2 other places we stayed in before. It's a continental breakfast. Nothing fancy. We missed some more vegetables and fruits/salads. The room was clean and warm. There are two buildings belonging to the hotel. The main one and smaller one so if it's important to you ask which one you'll be in.”
