“The hotel was lovely, very secure and very comfortable. We booked it last minute that day traveling down from Amsterdam so got in about 8pm - it was very easy to find straight off the motorway, but it didn't feel too industrial or loud, in fact you wouldn't know you were by the main road. The room was lovely, the bathroom great, and the bed very comfortable. Best of all the restaurant (right next to the hotel) offers a good menu and does room service - definitely a bonus after a very long car journey! Underground secure parking was excellent and several complimentary perks. We didn't go into Basel itself but it looked pretty close to the centre - petrol station just round the corner was very handy too.”
