“Cheap, clean, basic, simple - good value-for-money. An efficient place to stay overnight when on travel (quick in-and-out). The restaurant is quite good but not 'gourmet' (which we didn't expect). You get a touch of history at the hotel (such as the 80'es, Eastern Europe). Staff is smiling and friendly. Not in city centre, but very close to city centre. If you are just staying there over night, then you should go for a walk in the old city (the city behind the city walls) - it is a very cute, nice, quiet, well-kept city. Bonus info: good cycling infrastructure.”
“The room a good size. Plenty of space to move and the usual furniture to be found, i.e. extra two chairs with table. Nice wooden doors and frames. The decor is a little dated but still very clean and nicely kept. The floor was dark wood colour and very nice and easy to clean when travelling with a small child. The is space to kick a ball around out the back of the hotel so defo a good place to stay with children. The rooms facing away from the street are defo very quiet. The staff were super helpful and friendly. The hotel is a short walk away (crossing a bridge over a stream and going through a park) from the ancient (but modernised), beautiful city centre and the 30-years-war museum is also not far too walk, located in a very beautiful setting. To get to the 1636 battle ground, a bike or car is needed as it is further out of town.”

“Das Frühstück lies keine Wünsche offen, alles Erdenkbare vorhanden. Keine Einwände bei Zimmer und Bad, alles war in sauberem Zustand. Eine lose Duschkopfhalterung wurde schnell und ohne großen Aufwand repariert bzw. ausgetauscht.”

“wir waren schon das 3. mal in Hotel Stadt Wittstock und es wird nicht das letzte Mal gewesen sein. Frühstück ist umfangreich, wer hier nichts findet ist selber schuld. Außerdem kann man auch abends lecker essen. Personal immer nett und hilfsbereit. Mein Mann ist gehbehindert und wir hatten das barrierefreie Zimmer.”
