“This is a simple hotel that is clean and well maintained. They've done a good job of making upgrades, e.g., they're adding electronic key cards and the electrical controls in the rooms are new. The hotel manager was a very friendly guy that had his hand on the pulse of everything going on in his hotel. He was very accommodating as we changed our minds about their parking and about breakfast after the breakfast window was over. And he was simply a good guy to talk with and solve the world's problem.”
