“The hotel provided good value value for money, near to the old town in Puerto del Carmen. There is significant investment in upgrading the hotel, and it will to a much higher finish when completed. Would stay again, but only in a refurbished room and after the building work has finished.”

“Easy access to old town ( down hill so it’s a tough walk back if you have mobility issues) . Newly reburbished rooms . We had a studio room 321 which looks over the road but we loved it there . We were near to the quiet pool which was great .. no need to get up at stupid o’clock to put out your towels .. 9 am was fine”
