- Please note that the hotel will be rebranded as Hotel The Celestine Tokyo Shiba as of 28 November 2017.<br><br>All rooms are non-smoking rooms. Smoking is only permitted on the outdoor patio located on the 14th floor.<br><br>Please note, guests will be required to check-out by 11:00 on 25 February 2018, due to the facility inspections. All facilities will be closed from 11:00 on that day.<br><br><Rayon Vert Cafe Temporary Closure><br>Please note that an on-site cafe, Rayon Vert Cafe, will be temporarily closed due to refurbishment works from 22 July 2017 to 27 November 2017.<p>An accommodation tax per person per night is not included in the price and needs to be paid at the property. For guests staying in Osaka, this tax will only apply to stays which begin on and after 1 January 2017.</p>

“It's a hotel that seves very good services in reasonable price. near from many subway stations, and there are many CVS around the hotel. also there are many Izakayas around Mita and Tamachi station which is just 5min away by walk. public park around Keio University was also very good place to take a walk.”
“Easy check in and stylish bedrooms with great views over the city since the rooms start at the 14th floor. Super friendly staff and when I visited the hotel had completely renovated all the rooms. Love the Club lounge and a great space to relax. Also the room has it's own mobile phone for the duration of your stay with full wifi!”
“Comfortable hotel with rooms on the top floors of the building. Easy to reach by taxi from Shinagawa/Tokyo station or by Metro. Staff is very cooperative and friendly. On the first floor there is a Lobby bar for some easy drinks. A second bar is located at the back side of the hotel within the restaurant area. The restaurant is very good for both breakfast and diner. Many restaurants around and nearby. Also easy to walk to Tokyo Tower.”

“The Hotel is located in a quiet and pleasant area with some interesting tourist spots. From the hotel, within 10 minutes walking distance there are transport lines available which makes the hotel's position quiet strategic. The room are nicely furbished, comfortable and quiet. The employees are extremely professional and always helpful. During my stay important renovation works were undertaken in the Lobby and the Café Rayon Vert. I really have to praise the hotel management for its organisation and being able despite the works to offer such a professional and warm welcome.”

“We stayed 5 nights in a corner suite room then went away then spent 2 night in a deluxe double room, whilst the corner suite was amazing the double was also very nice with a good view and rather large for a room in Tokyo and a very good price. The bathroom in the corner suite was great! The cleanliness everything was just great and the staff were so helpful, even with leaving our larger bags for the two nights we were away for. Tamachi station for JR passes and Mita station for the subway everything super close and handy.”
