“The best part was the spacious room which is phenomenal. The bathroom is also comfortable to use. Also, the hotel staff were very accomodating and kind to even offer us umbrellas when it was raining even though we didn't ask for one. Everything is also clean as it is supposed to be.”

“We absolutely loved being a short walk away from Kuromon market and Dotonburi. As a tourist, our Japan Rail Passes includes the Osaka Loop but once you get to Osaka you realize how useless that loop line is as how much you need to rely on public subway lines. As a result, being close to most of the sites on foot really helps with the budget travel. Also, the staff really insists on providing new towels, coffee/tea and other amenities to make the stay just that much more comfortable. The staff also helped us with making restaurant reservations when we couldn't figure it out, and we're ever grateful for their help.”
