“Relaxed & Friendly family run hotel, great pool,hot tub & plenty of poolside deck chairs to soak up the sunshine. Also loads of different outdoor chair seating areas in the gardens, really great hotel to get away from fast pace of life. 2 min walk to Funicolare ride up to Montacatini Alto,with great views & Fab Restaurants,very romantic setting at night. Short bike ride into town or 20 min walk through park to restaurants and train station, 1 hr to Florence & 30 min to Lucca. Staff exceptionally helpful with nothing too much trouble, from arranging early breakfasts to booking train tickets etc. Also was lucky to experience a wonderful open air concert in Terme Tettuccio,an exceptionally amazing Spa building which is only a few min down the road also, what a night.”

“The staff were very helpful. We arrived quite late and the room was hot. A lovely man tried to sort it out and asked to bear with it for the night. After we'd been out and were sitting by the pool he said we could change rooms. We hadn't made any fuss or asked for this. It just happened and was worth the move. The lady on reception sorted out our bike ride route and spa day”
