“The hotel is very close to Lake Towada. Walkable distance to JR bus stop in Yasumiya and the boat ride starting point. There is a small convenience store just opposite to the hotel. The room is traditional japanese style. They also provide the traditional japanese dress which you can wear and walk around with in the hotel. The staff were very courteous and helpful. Would definitely recommend for a stay in Lake Towada”

“Great location at Towadako. 5 min walk from the pier, 3 min walk from the JR Bus station. Very nice dinner and breakfast. Not the best in the area but surely one of the best value for money. Friendly and helpful staff. Not fluent in English but always try to help. Big indoor onsen and nice outdoor onsen until mid-night. Good to take the onsen after a whole day of trekking.”
“This is old world charm... super wide corridors, warm hospitality that reminds of a past gentler era, great Onsen, good meal plan and if you have your own transport, and is there purely to relax hence don't need wifi in your room, this is the hotel”

“I like their souvenir shop. They sell a variety of local goods. The onsen is good, and I enjoy it a lot. The room is quite spacious and clean. It is good that they offer free shuttle bus from/to Hachinohe when there is no JR bus.”
