“A well run property overall. Could use a little bit of tidy up in the details but nothing to scoff at.”
“The location is right on the beach. We were greeted by a waiter with a glass of juice when we walked onto the property! Exterior looks like a movie set--quite lovely and like a tropical vacation should be, beautiful blue and white decor and a lovely pool. On arrival, we realized our room had only a king-size bed, when we had requested a room with 2 beds. The change was made immediately and graciously. We had a beautiful balcony with space for chairs to enjoy the view. Once when we left our belongings on the beach for a walk, the staff thoughtfully brought everything up to the desk for safe-keeping. The concierge at the desk and most of the staff were very friendly and gracious.”

“If you are on the beach with your back to the hotel, walk to the left and you get to Marilenas Beach Lounge - a beatiful place to spend your day in quiet. You can also have drinks and lunch there. If instead of left you took a right at one point you get to the beach hostel, which can be overcrowded by day but during the night all daytrip tourists are gone and you can have a nice dinner on the beach. Be warned though that you are on an island and everything is very expensive.”

“El Hotel Tropical Inn es EXCELENTE, el personal muy amable en la atención y siempre pendiente de nuestras necesidades. Realmente es un lugar maravilloso, cuenta con pileta , juego para los niños, con salida a la playa, con servicio de sombrillas. Fueron sumamente generosos y disfrutamos de nuestra estancia en flia. El transporte marítimo está a cargo del hotel y nos recogieron en Cartagena y a la salida también nos llevaron en el horario acordado. Por ser una isla el wifi por momentos no tiene la suficiente conexión pero fue suficiente para la comunicación. Seguramente volveremos y lo recomendaremos. Muchas gracias a todos.... Oscar y flia .”
