“The hotel has visibly been recently renovated and with good taste. The lovely fresh smell of pine and other forest essences is the give-away. Room (3) was spacious with a good-sized terrace and mountain view. Slippers and bathrobes were provided together with a good selection of toiletries. The shower room was very functional and the bedding was of good quality. The staff were welcoming, professional and very helpful. The restaurant is very good as well. Breakfast is also good with the standard continental breakfast choice including eggs and a choice of hams and cheese .The hotel is conveniently situated in the pretty village within walking distance to the ski lifts and para-gliding station and is just next door to the railway station. Despite being next door to the station, the trains are not at all noisy (quieter than cars) since this is the panoramic line.”

“First rate staff who accommodated our very early arrival charmingly and efficiently. This new hotel has good feel about it - nice reception and lounge areas; a delightful terrace on which to eat with a lovely view up the mountain. Food was well above average and a problem we had with one of the courses was dealt with in an impressively thorough fashion: these people really care about their guests. I would certainly stay here again.”

“New and cool style hotel.Just next to the train station and go to Gstaad by train just 10 min. Nice declaration including hotel lobby, bar, restaurant, room. The room is new and big. The staff is very helpful, especially the staff of the restaurant, we have breakfast and dinner here everyday. The gods is yummy. They knew I am running nose and provided the hot water with lemon, mint and honey to me. Make my nose is better. Must visit this hotel again. Lovely hotel!! ”

“I liked the location of the hotel, next to the tiny train station and in the heart of the beautiful village of Rougemont. I appreciated the kindness of the staff, the tasteful and refined decoration of the hotel and the food of the restaurant that was just perfect. Moreover the view on the mountains is splendid !!”

“Spacious bedroom with lovely views across to the mountains. Very comfortable beds, and good wardrobe space. A recently refurbished small and quite luxurious hotel: quiet and peaceful, despite being by an infrequently-used small local railway station. Free car parking was across the tracks in the hotel's own grounds. Excellent staff, professional and friendly. The food, both at breakfast and other meal times was fresh and deliciously prepared.”

“Great style combining wooden and modern elements in the furniture, so you still get the chalet feeling but in a modern cozy way. The dinner was just amazing and it's the first time ever that I felt comfortable to chill in the lounge of the hotel. It felt like a living room where you had the choice of browsing through great illustrated books. (Plus for skiing: ski rental just across the street and for sure a cellar to leave the ski equipment)”
