“We liked everything that this great hotel has to offer: Views, room, cleanliness, restaurant staff, menu selection, location. It looks that the manager Ali does not take breaks!!! Always there for us and even helped us to get our car parked on a free parking spot. But be ready to walk up 83 relaxed steps to get to the car parking. The staff will help during normal hotel hours to carry up or down your luggage. We did not use the car during our stay, the hotel is just on the Torno boat stop and we visited several small town all around the lake Como...”
“This is the kind of place which makes you think twice whether you should tell anyone about it. Because you certainly don't want to risk it being fully booked next time you want to visit. It is that nice. Staff is super friendly. Rooms are simple, but roomy, very tidy and with spectacular views on the lake. Restaurant is good, with an unbeatable location directly on the water. I certainly will come back.”
