“The hotel is incredibly easy to get to from the airport, just metres from the water bus stop, in a quieter part of Venice. We liked that we were able to get to St Marks Square etc. easily (you can walk it in 20-25 minutes or take a boat all the way round) but could also get away from the scrum later. There are some very good restaurants and bars close by that are less touristic. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.”
“The air con didnt work the safe didn't work reported both but nothing was fixed they didn't want to know breakfast was lame. Bed to soft for my liking but that's my personal choice...bathroom was nice and clean. Bedroom was in need of some tlc stayed in room 1 annex”

“We stayed at Piccolo Veccelio, yet the service was great! Fast check-in & out, breakfast in Piccolo Veccelio premices was sufficient and tasty, room always clean and tidy. Room decoration was cute, gave you a feeling of the Venice atmosphere. Hotel location very practical: very close to airport waterbus and within walking distance (even for a child) from St Marc's square, also nice and affordable places nearby for coffee, drinks, pizza etc. The room was on the ground floor, window facing the road but with double windows, so no noise problems and very secure. Heating excellent. Room was spacious and had everything we needed (including hair drier and fridge).”
“I know this hotel for 7 years. I feel there like at home. Excellent lokation( if you know more or less Venice). The staff cares about guest comfort. It is very old building with typically venetian style if you know what I mean.”
