“Staff do speak your language. English and Russian are clean and understandable. They are polite, helpful and friendly. Gave us a map, marked the best place to exchange money (we walked a lot in Prague and compared the rate and commissions - this is really good currency exchange). Also provided us with directions and public transport routes to the most popular places. The hotel has own brewery and small pub on the ground floor. Pretty good beer and prices. Check-in starts from 14:00 but you are able to come earlier, resolve your booking and payment questions and leave your stuff in a safe room for free. Then go take a walk and comeback whenever you want. I'm consider myself to be not-so demanding person. This hotel is definitely not chic but good enough for its price.”
