“Close to the lake, not far from town centre. The staff were very helpful, kind and friendly all the time. The food was a good standard with lots of variety. Rooms were large and clean.”
“Beautiful hotel...fantastic decor (loved the deer heads in the restaurant & in the bedroom (not real ones!) the wellness suite & pool (with silver birch trees), we had a room in the adjoining residenze which led on to a large shared patio. Good sized room, large bed and shower room. The owner allowed us to park our motorbikes in the garage for security - Thank you :) Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff, Chef Ricci spoke to us personally and was happy to oblige if he could. Breakfast was fantastic every morning, so much choice. Even saw a guest walk in with their dog - brilliant. Hired pushbikes from hotel & rode all around lake Achensee. Situated in a beautiful area with surrounding mountains - what more could you ask for.”
