“Clean inside and outside of the hotel. Shuttle bus is free to Pistoia which is helpful if you want to catch the train to Florence. The pool is big and clean. Parking is also big and sufficient. People at reception desk were very helpful and ready to provide all the help regarding our visit. If you are travelling with a car or even train this is good location to visit northern Tuscany and the coast, it's all within 80 km distance.”
