“Very spacious, largely because it's outside the center of town. The huge outdoor pool was splendid -- very refreshing, after a long, hot walk back from the historic center. The breakfast was generous, & included fresh-cut melon & pineapple (no unwashed apples, &c., as in many European hotels). The air conditioning in the guest rooms was quiet enough that one could leave it on while sleeping.”

“Excellent restaurant and very professional head waiter (Roberto?). Really good size pool (though water a bit chilly, even in August) surrounded by trees in the garden with a pop-up happy hour bar from 5 - 7 pm. Although the decorations were looking a bit tired and 1970s, the room and bathroom were huge, functioning and comfortable, and we had a spacious balcony overlooking the garden (and car park, but not a problem).”

“This hotel is exceptional all the way around. The comfort, the location, the amenities, the staff, the restaurant meals...high quality and superb. The staff is amazing. Friendly, courteous, helpful and family like. I stayed for 9'days and each day the service was excellent. The grounds are beautifully maintained and manicured. It is within walking distance from train station and centrally located to several wonderful adjacent towns. Exceptional value for the price! Loved everything and everyone!”
