“The staff were all professional, eager to help, and very friendly. They suggested and booked restaurants less than a 15 minute walk away, which included a pizzeria ranked 2nd in Europe as well as at a very "chic" restaurant a few feet away. They also drew all over a map of Rome to show where specific places were located and how best to get there, such as where to catch a tram, or they called taxis whenever we asked. Also, the breakfast was high-quality with great variety (croissants, kiwis and other fruits, boiled eggs, granola, yoghurt, etc.) and excellent espresso and coffee. The breakfast room itself is glass almost all around and so lets in lots of sun and allows you to enjoy the surrounding greenery.”

The breakfast room and terrace are up steps but the staff offered to serve breakfast in my room or in the foyer. I preferred to be outside and the staff were very happy to assist so we breakfasted on the terrace. It was a delightful stay.”
