“While by no means cheap, this is an excellent hotel with very high standards of cleanliness, comfort and all-round efficiency. Trier is an especially interesting city to explore, but you could quite easily spend your time relaxing in the hotel or your very comfortable room with a view of the city and the hillside of the Moselle valley. The restaurant is first rate and you will spoil yourself at breakfast, perhaps with sekt and a made-to-order omelette. All staff are attentive and helpful. It's 5-10 min walk to Trier Sud station, 20 min to the Altstadt and a bit more to the main station.”
