“Grand, slightly faded glory but still lovely. The pool area was calm and sunny. The garden, dining room and terrace are pleasant, though strangely underused. The cafe bar next door is very nice to sit in and look around from. The trattoria across the road serves inexpensive dinners and the friendly staff there go out of their way to be helpful. Lovely views over the sea, coast and sunsets. Good town bus service outside the hotel. Lots of people coming and going but still quiet periods. There is a shuttle mini bus service offered by the hotel every couple of hours, but only around a euro on the bus. Lots to explore.”

“Rooms were big and spacious. Always cleaned on time. Pool was also very nice, breakfast was good and the staff was nice. The shuttle to the city was essential and without it, the stay would have been quite bad.”

Nice swimming pool which was nice and breezy considering the heat. Bus stops right outside the hotel which takes you to the port for visiting capri, to town and right across the road you can walk down to the sea (considering there are no beaches in sorrento)”
“The location of Hotel Villa Igea is perfect for people who want some peace and quiet rather than trying to book a hotel in the heart of Sorrento. We had easy access to the city centre by making use of the free shuttle provided by the Hotel. Hotel Villa Igea is also a 15 minute walk away from the best kept secret swim spot in Sorrento - the open air grotto at Villa di Pollio Felice. The walk back is very steep, but trust me it is worth it.”
“Never stopped in such a beautiful place a great B&B where nothing is a problem. Great location with amazing views. Excellent pizza restaurant and we were lucky had entertainment (singer) on the night we stayed. Pool is very welcoming in the hot days. Staff are friendly courteous and very helpful. Will definitely be back.”
