“This is a nice property right outside the city walls of Volterra. It is convenient if you have a car since they have parking on site. Staff is very nice and helpful. It is a short walk to inside of the walls of Volterra. They serve a very nice breakfast. The rooms are a good size. The WiFi was ok........... slow late at night when more people were using it. The A/ C worked well and we slept comfortably. Furnishings are nice and it's like staying in a Tuscan home. Would recommend to others.”

“Volterra is a lesser known gem! We really enjoyed our stay in the city and the Hotel Villa Porta All' Arco was an important part of that. The staff were lovely and very helpful and the room comfortable, with excellent air conditioning. Parked at the hotel in their small car park and could walk everywhere. There was a bit of a buzz around Volterra, with something in the main Piazza every night and lots of good bars and restaurants.”
