“The hotel is well situated with an excellent view of the Calabrian coastline. Very clean inside and out with comfortable rooms. The real thing that will make this stay stand out for us was the warm and generous welcome and treatment we received from the owners. In particular Gian-Carlo who felt like a friend from the moment we met him. What a lovely gentlemen. He could not do enough for us and was very helpful even to the point of opening the restaurant attached to the hotel, two nights for us, even though we were the only people to eat there (along with his family). If we could give this place a score of 15 on booking.com we would gladly. One of the best hotel experiences we have ever had and we travel a lot. Highly recommended. Grazie Mille Giancarlo”

“The view from the balcony was great. The owner and the staff are very polite and helpful. The owner gave us a few tips about the best beaches in the area and we received complementary appetisers and desserts from the kitchen. All in all - a nice experience.”
“I consider that San Nicola Arcella and the Hotel Villa Principe are underrated: the hotel has a view towards sea and the Arco Magno area (you cannot see the arch as it is hidden behind the cliff that you are seeing). Giancarlo and the entire staff were very welcoming and warm: at arrival, in the evening (when the handed me a bottle of water to take to my room) and in the morning (when they had the breakfast ready for me and my early morning departure). The Arco Magno, the water there, and the sunset under the arch are simply stunning. Thank you. Will be back.”
