Important Notice
- Please note that Hotel Visitel does not have a lift. There are 4 floors and rooms are accessible by stairs only. All of the rooms with external shared bathrooms are located on the 4th floor with no lift.<br><br>Please note that housekeeping takes place every 2 days.<br><br>Please note that if there are any modifications or cancellations after check-in, the total price of the reservation will be charged.<br><br>A security deposit of CAD 150 is required upon reservation for incidental charges. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.<p>Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.</p>

“We stayed at Visitel for 5 nights. Its location and value for money aspect make it a very attractive option. The owners have 4 buildings so the reception shared among the 4 and thats why there are times when there is no one at the reception. But they are very proactive and helpful to resolve any issues. They even let us stay another 9 hours as the next occupant did not arrive and our flight was at 11pm. Overall, highly recommended.”
“Location - arriving by bus, gare d'autocars port is just a block away. Arriving by plane, bus 747 stop to and from airport is a block away. A few steps from metro station berri uqam. Many restos/foodcourt, convenience store in the area.Room - bed comfy, heater, ac, shower working. There is a small fridge and water geater. Elisabeth offered if i needed to borrow hair dryer.Staff - aka elisabeth. It is not a regular hotel. They contacted me to know time of arrival so someone can be there to check me in. I was late for an hour due to traffic and long line in immigration, but she waited for me and was very pleasant. I stayed for 3 nights. I will stay again.”
“St. Denis Street was very close by and that street had many good restaurants to dine at. I loved being so close to the Metro! And the Place Dupuis. The room was quaint, and very clean. The lady at the front desk was friendly.”
