“The staff in the restaurant and bar were exceptionally friendly helpful and made me feel safe. I had to go to Madrid because I was robbed and needed to go to the Embassy. The location was excellent, on the train station and near the embassy. The area was not very nice so I ate dinner and breakfast everyday in the hotel alone.”
